Build a Timetable and Share Lesson Notes
Juggling a paper planner, a separate timetable, and Google Classroom posts means writing everything out three times. Kredits Planner keeps your timetable, lesson notes, and Classroom sharing in one place.
How to do it
-
Open Kredits Planner
Sign in to Kredits and go to the Planner app from the Hub or the sidebar.
-
Build your timetable
In the Timetable Builder, add your periods with start and end times for each day of the week.
-
Assign classes to periods
Link each period to one of your Kredits classes so Planner knows what you're teaching and when.
-
Check your Home dashboard
The Home view shows your current lesson and what's coming up next, worked out automatically from your timetable.
-
Add lesson notes
Open any lesson slot to add notes, objectives, or resources for that specific period and date.
-
Share a lesson's content directly to the linked Classroom course so students can see it too.
Best practices
- Set up the full week's timetable once at the start of term rather than adding periods lesson by lesson.
- Use the Home dashboard each morning to see your day at a glance before the first bell.
- Write lesson notes as you plan, not after — future-you will thank you when the topic comes round again.
- Only share polished notes to Classroom — keep rough planning notes private to the lesson view.
