Verbal praise fades fast, and a paper points chart can't keep up with a busy lesson. Kredits Scoreboard lets you award points with a QR scan and projects a live leaderboard the whole class can see.
How to do it
Open Kredits Scoreboard
Sign in to Kredits and go to the Scoreboard app from the Hub or the sidebar.
Load your class
Select the class you're teaching — its roster and current points load instantly.
Scan or tap to award points
Scan a student's printed QR card, or tap their name directly, to give them a point.
Project the leaderboard
Open the leaderboard display and put it on the projector — points update live as you award them.
Switch to Podium View
Toggle Podium View to spotlight the current top 3 students on the display.
Reset between lessons
Reset points whenever you want a clean slate — for a new topic, term, or competition.
Best practices
Print QR cards once from Settings — the same cards work for both Scoreboard and Markbook.
Leave the leaderboard projected during independent work so points feel visible and immediate.
Use Podium View for the last five minutes of a lesson to build a bit of competitive energy.
Reset points at natural breakpoints (new term, new topic) rather than letting totals run forever.
